Tickets
Where do I buy tickets?
On each gig's page. Click Get tickets and you'll pay on our ticketing partner's site. Tickets go to your phone.
Can I get a refund?
Only if the show is cancelled or moved and the new date doesn't suit you. Otherwise you can transfer your ticket to someone else from your confirmation email.
Do you sell tickets at the door?
For most shows, if they're not sold out. Door prices are a few dollars more and are shown in brackets in the listing.
What's the booking fee?
A$2.50 per ticket. It's shown before you pay.
On the night
What ID do I need?
Photo ID for 18+ shows: a driver's licence, passport, WA Photo Card or Proof of Age card. Digital licences are accepted.
Can under-18s come?
Only to all-ages shows, like our monthly Sunday matinee. Under-12s need an adult with them.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, A$4 per item, open from doors until thirty minutes after the last song.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Keep your wristband on.
Can I bring a camera?
Phones and small cameras are fine. Ask the artist's team before bringing anything with a detachable lens.

Is the venue accessible?
Step-free entry, an accessible toilet and a raised viewing platform. Details on the Visit page.
Do you have food?
Pizza from doors until 9.30pm, including vegan and gluten-free.
