Noosa and the north

Salt air is hard on metal near the beach. On coastal jobs we use fixings and flashings rated for marine conditions, and we check for rust on every inspection.

Maroochydore, Buderim and Nambour

Lots of 1980s concrete tile roofs here, which are usually right for a restoration. Ridge capping is the most common leak we fix.

Caloundra and the hinterland

Up the range the rainfall is heavier and moss grows fast on shaded tiles. Gutters and valley irons need more attention up there.
