What happens after you call

  1. Look.

We come out, get on the roof and take photos of everything we find. Usually within two business days, same day for active leaks.

  2. Quote.

You get a written quote with those photos within 48 hours. The price doesn't change unless you add work.

  3. Fix.

We book a date, turn up on it and clean up before we leave. You get photos of the finished job and the warranty in writing.

What we find up there

Your quote comes with photos like these, taken on your roof.

  • Moss growing in the laps between grey concrete roof tiles.
Moss in the tile lapsIt holds water against the tiles and lifts them, so rain gets in underneath.
  • Close-up of yellow and green lichen on the edge of a red roof tile, with a drop of water hanging off it.
Lichen on a tile edgeIt keeps the tile damp. Damp tiles weather faster and crack.
  • A stained, square-profile gutter on a fascia board, under mossy roof tiles.
A gutter full of muckWhen it can't drain, it overflows, often back over the fascia into the eaves.
  • Rust running down from where one roof sheet overlaps another, on galvanised steel.
Rust from a sheet lapOnce the coating goes, rust eats through around the laps and fixings.

What a customer said

“Rang on a Monday with water in the hallway. They were up there Tuesday morning and sent photos of the cracked ridge before they’d even fixed it.”
